What, when, and how do we deal with the information we collect?
The Personal Information we collect is used to identify you, including your name, address, email, phone number, and financial information. Personal Information is collected when you send an inquiry or purchase a product through the CompuDrug Services.
We collect certain non-personal default information customarily logged by web server software. Such information may include your originating IP address, the date and time of your visit, your browser type, the previous site you visited, the content you review and the pages and images requested, screen resolution data, type of operating system, etc. Non-personal information is used to maintain, evaluate, and improve CompuDrugand CompuDrug Services.
How secure is my information?
We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information from disclosure or unauthorized access.
Any information you provide when registering yourself as a CompuDrug International user or registering a CompuDrug International product is classified as Registration Information. Such information is protected; it is stored on a secured server which can only be accessed via a password by selected CompuDrug International employees or contractors.
Furthermore, when transmitting your personal information to CompuDrug International, or from one CompuDrug International location to another, it is encrypted in order to protect it from unauthorized access by third parties. Personal information that is not Registration Information is located on a secure server and can be accessed only via a password. However, you will not need to select a password to view or modify such material since this information is not accessible outside of CompuDrug International.
CompuDrug is not liable for disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, unauthorized access or acts by third parties, or omissions or acts beyond CompuDrug's reasonable control.
How will your information be shared with other parties?
Generally, CompuDrug will not provide your Personal Information to any third parties except as reasonably necessary in the performance of the CompuDrug Services or otherwise in order to operate our business. We may use third parties to maintain CompuDrug or CompuDrug Services, such as payment services and other operations. For example, we will provide your shipping information when we ship products to you with a courier. We use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent such third parties from using or disclosing your Personal Information for any reason other than the service they are providing in connection with the CompuDrug Services.
We may provide your name, mailing address, email address, payment method and other relevant transaction information (which, however, will not include either the credit card number nor credit card verification code) to our website link partners for purchase reporting, internal record keeping, product shipments, etc. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that such third parties and partners will not use or disclose your Personal Information.
